I was told this was a,family business and initially they worked with me. I wanted to reserve the party bus for a,birthday. Tge even was January 16. January 7 I went under emergency surgery and was hospitalized. Upon release I called and was told not to worry that I would be refunded my money to feel better and use them in the future. Awesome I tbought. Here it is Feb no return of money and now no one will return my calls and I have repeatedly called. Is thus a family business or a,rip off business
