Frank's Signs Inc. was founded by Frank Walsh in 1965. Frank studied the art of signmaking following the conclusion of his military service after World War II. He attended the New Hampshire Technical School and learned the finer aspects of handlettering and screenprinting. Frank put his skills to use at Walsh Signs, a business owned by his brother on the westside of Manchester.
