Ansaldi's Villager Apartments Since 1925 The Andrew Ansaldi Company has been involved in the building construction industry; from custom homes and general contracting to a supplier of earth products and ready-mixed concrete. Over the years, our company has built hundreds of residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial buildings for as many proud and satisfied customers. Over the years the Ansaldi family has built several apartment complexes in the Town of Manchester, Connecticut which we continue to own and operate: The Villager Apartments, Maplewood Apartments, Follybrook Apartments and McKee Street Apartments. Each complex receives the care and attention that is a mark of the 'Ansaldi' name.
