I had an absolutely disgusting excuse of a visit here. DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT GO SEE DR. NESS, the crooked, apathetic, and money-grubbing dermatologist. He is a rude and arrogant individual who only cares about himself. He told me twice in the appointment "I already explained this," when I was just wanted further clarification on further services/side effects. IT'S MY RIGHT TO KNOW and MY RIGHT TO ASK!!! Especially if I'm about to pay hundreds in treatments/medications for my dog. Mind you, my dog was itching and biting herself the whole time during the appointment so it wasn't exactly easy to concentrate on what he was saying and he had no sense of compassionate towards me or my dog. He never acknowledged her. He asked a million questions during a visit he cut short (didn't even let me ask questions towards the end) and then all he did was recommend a dangerous shot called Cytopoint, which is awful! He definitely gets kickbacks from Zoetis. The only positive news out of this visit is that the Office Manager, Mel, admitted that she did not like Apoquel because it is dangerous and is known to cause tumors/cancer, which I already know. Also my dog came in slightly overweight and he said she is a healthy weight(lol), and then also he was arguing with me that she needs the rabies shot when she's clearly sick and has non-stop itching/biting issues. She just had her tail amputated because of her condition!!! My original vet and the vet I went to afterwards said there's NO WAY THEY WOULD GIVE MY DOG ANY MORE SHOTS BECAUSE IT WOULD BE DETRIMENTAL TO HER HEALTH, yet DR. Ness, kept arguing that she is healthy and fine and needs to take it. HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL OR THEIR HEALTH. The HIPPOCRATIC OATH HE TOOK? What an absolute joke! He's not there to help animals. He's there to do the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM to just get by. His business(which he apparently took over by the end of 2019) only cares about your money and they HAVE NO REFUND POLICY!! What kind of service does not provide refunds for dissatisfied customers?? The kind where you don't have adequate customer service and don't care what your customers think and ONLY WANT MONEY. I'M WARNING YOU, DO NOT GO HERE. He is an apathetic, uncompassionate "doctor," very loose term there, who will not help your pet whatsoever. He even left my apppointment way ahead of time and didn't give me the chance to ask questions. $190 for a 45 minute visit??? Plus a skin scraping for $63 to also tell me what I already knew, that she has no bacteria or infections??? I DONT THINK SO. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
