Would you please return to the original frosting that you used to put on your lemon creme cakes made in store. The drizzle you put on now is insulting. If I want a lemon cake with little frosting I would buy a pound cake. You have more frosting on birthday cakes. I will not purchase another lemon cake from your store until you do. I will purchase elsewhere. I did purchase this cake quite often on a weekly basis. Thank you

Where do I write about a bad experience? Cannot find corporate address. Big Y advertised "gluten free" cold cuts which I purchased early Friday morning, first asking if the ham and the turkey were truly gluten free and would they be sliced on a machine dedicated to just gluten free slicing. Deli clerk assured me that all Big Y cold cuts were gluten free, that they had two different cheese slicers for gluten free and non gluten free. Today, Sat. I went to Big Y deli to purchase ham for a recipe, thinking wow! Gluten free based on Friday experience. Having Celiac Disease I am extremely careful and asked the clerk if the ham was gluten free. "NO Is the gluten free meat cut on a dedicated slicer? No. All cold cuts sliced on same machines. I would suggest Big Y educate themselves regarding Celiac Disease and the need for people with this to have no gluten, including any that may come from cross contamination, i.e. same slicer for gluten free and non gluten free. I am appalled that I unknowingly possibly ate cold cuts that were not allowed on my diet. The store clerks need to be educated. Big Y management needs to be educated as to what GLUTEN FREE means to those with Celiac Disease. I cannot tell you how disappointed and upset I am. One of your competitors, Aldi's does an excellent job of labelling clearly gluten free items. Surely Big Y can make changes at least in how they market their gluten free cold cuts, eduate the clerks as to what gluten free means. Cecelia
