The Ritz has been a Dyersville favorite for over 60 years. Dan & Carol Sawyer are the owners. Dan worked in the automotive field for over 25 years. Dan's father, Orval Sawyer, owned and ran a popular little restaurant in a nearby town of Earlville named The Town Talk.
