I bought a geothermal watering system from this distributor, Bob McCray back in November 2021. It took two months to get it as he sent it to our home which I told him was not our mailing address. After finally getting it it continued to leak. No manufacturer directions came with the system. Bob sent us a hand made picture of directions which he drew himself. After numerous phone calls, exchanged parts and still having it leak I asked for my money back guarantee. I paid 135$ to have it shipped back. I was not reimbursed for that and he deducted 100$ from the original price for cleaning and repair. I paid 828$ for the system and received 728$ back. I tried going through another distributor but they said they had problems with him also and that His customers kept calling the North Dakota distributor.
