I took an amp to them because they were the only authorized repair shop within 150 miles. Charged $100 bench charge to replace a battery. I guess that comes down to $25 a screw they had to remove or about $20 a minute... stay away if you have a choice. I didn't because Crate amps said they were the only service center.
