The clerk Robert is extremely rude & arrogant. I understand having built 4 stores off the misfortune of others may give him the since of superority. However, speaking to his customer with a degrading tone in front of other customers doesn't make for good business relations. . "Customers always right Mister!" My experience was terrible. I will never patronize any of these location again. Happy holidays 2015
