We have Paleo food!!! The owner Gayle Aungst Dufour grew up in Madison, CT. She has successfully ran 4 Corporate Cafeterias for over 23 years, as well as owning her Catering company for 15 years. She finally decided to open up a deli, which is located at the old Balladino's deli. What's Cookin' is a Cafeteria Style Deli that offers hot & cold sandwiches as well as meals to go. Each day there is a new meal of the day and a choice of soups. Gayle's goal is to make it easy for you, to do so she provides a variety of desserts, platters, and trays of food all packaged and ready to go.
