Mayor Henry G. Cisneros met with San Antonio cab drivers, and declared us Ambassadors to our City. We are the first people to meet and speak to visitors. In those few precious minutes of a cab ride, we must leave a good impression of our City. We and our cabs must look right. We must be conversant of our history.
