The Coon Rapids Lions Club donated $17,000 to the city to purchase an electronic message board for Lions Coon Creek Park. The city added $9,000 to the deal for a grand total of $26,000. SignCrafters won the contract and were paid the entire sum up front 6 months ago but now they "don't have time to build or install it". I would not walk - I would RUN to the next sign company!

If you need to see what type of work Signcrafters do, look at the top of the Westin Hotel in Edina. Half the letters are yellowing becasue they were cut and installed with the UV coating on the wrong side of the letters. Despite a 15 year warranty on manufacturing and workmanship they refuse to honor it blaming the problem on a now out of business subcontractor they hired who cut the letters incorrectly. Unfortunately we will have to take other legal means to get the problem corrected. They will bid cheap, but you get what you pay for. Do not use this company, they do shoddy work and do not honor warranties.
