STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!!! They took our money, cashed the check, and never came back, gave them 30 days!! Al, Carrie & Alesha ALL lied about a part on back order, would NEVER give me a part # so I could try to order online (new company we went with got the part, NOT on back order, in 1 day. Thieves, stole our money. We reported them to BBB & DBPR (Department of Business Professional Regulation) I couldn't even find a licence in Al Cheapo's Appliance name, RIP OFF company

If there was an option for zero stars, I would choose that option. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST APPLIANCE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! SCAM!!! I went to purchase a washer and dryer combo it had a 60 day warranty and I was told the washer and dryer was only a few years old. The washer from day one had issues of rocking back and forth banging wall to wall in my apartment. So I called Al's and they said they would pick it up and check it out. It took them PAST the 60 days to come pick it up and charged me $75 to do so and when they showed up they realized I live on the second floor and said nope, can't bring it in, you will have to bring it to us and left. They also refused to give me back the $75 for coming to get it. It then took me a week to find someone with a truck who could bring it to them. When I got it to them, it then took another four or five weeks of me calling non-stop to get them to fix the washer. During this time, the dryer stopped producing heat and they said there was nothing they would do because it was past the 60 days. When I finally got a call to pick up the washer, I showed up, and between myself and two people I brought with me, we got the washer into the truck while Al and his workers stood around watching us, not offering to help at all. I brought it home and put it in, and the washer STILL DIDN'T WORK and since it was past the 60 days Al wouldn't do anything. WORST APPLIANCE STORE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST APPLIANCES. WORST OWNER
