The original owner was Cindy Taylor-Miller who operated the shop with her husband Merle and daughter-in-law Sarah who both worked as counter persons. Formerly a nurse, Cindy became a body piercer largely due to the fact that both her son and brother are tattoo artists. Formerly a nurse, Cindy became a body piercer largely due to the fact that both her son and brother are tattoo artists.
