Toledo's finest tattoo & piercing studio SHOP HISTORY: On January 2, 2001 Purrfectly Pierced was born. The original owner was Cindy Taylor-Miller who operated the shop with her husband Merle and daughter-in-law Sarah who both worked as counter persons. Formerly a nurse, Cindy became a body piercer largely due to the fact that both her son and brother are tattoo artists. Cindy began working in a local shop and gained valuable experience in the industry. She soon decided that she wanted to provide a cleaner, more friendly atmosphere for her clients and took her previous nursing experience and more recent piercing industry experience and created Purrfectly Pierced.
