I would be very careful using this company! My credit card was frauded two times upon giving them my card number for the auto-payment. Addtionally, when i asked for an itemized bill upon cancellation, I was sent a bill that did not list the dates of service for the previous months. After sending a check for 24.95 for the one treatment I was aware i did not pay for at the time and asked for an itemized bill it never came nor was the check cashed. Upon calling today and speaking to Bud, I was given a very difficult time and told the bill is itemized monthly and he could give it to me over the phone. I stated I needed an itemized bill with the services and dates rendered. He stated he was busy "getting his people" out for service and he had spent too much time on my account. However, I had only called him two times requesting this stmt and he never complied. Please be very careful if you choose to use this company.
