I have been a customer for almost 12 years; however, upon this most recent and definitely last visit Scott D Mikkelson was verbally abusive, physically threatening, and spewed profanity. Scott D Mikkelson destroyed my personal property. I must replace the two blinds that he destroyed.
I have filed complaints against Sierra Window Coverings - Scott D Mikkelson with Contractor's State Licensing Board, California Attorney General, Department of Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, and have notified the Sacramento Bee.
