This company promotes unsafe working conditions and people's lives for the sake of the all mighty dollar. Workers are not properly trained on numerous accounts by OSHA. Violations are severe and workers care more about being on their phone(warned many times as well as having OSHA violations on a job where plant contact made Martin aware that a worker was on his phone the whole time-same worker with numerous complaints of being on phone) than completing the jobs safely. Martin has been repeatedly warned of these dangerous practices yet still doesnt adequately have safe programs in affect, especially in confined spaces. Head supervisors /management/Marty Yepsen & Sue Griffith would send untrained employees or inadequately trained employees to job sites. Short cuts are promoted by this company as long as the return is profit. They dont hold themselves accountable for not training their employees, but yet in turn hold the employees to those standards. VERY UNSAFE COMPANY. HR Janice Verbeke and manager Sue Griffith were warned of numerous job violations and instances and refused to acknowledge. They set seperate standards per job....yet OSHA standards are repeatedly violated. One in which all employees lives were threatened due to no or little training. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY---VERY UNSAFE & IM SURE AS PLANT MANAGERS YOU WOULD NOT WANT A DEATH TO OCCUR ON YOUR SITE!!!
