Expect to wait up to an hour even if you have an appointment. At the time I had my work done, she would travel from one spa to another to do botox and other fillers so she doesn't have her own office. The only way I could reach her was through her cell phone. However, I was not happy with the results of my procedure. There are papers she asked me to sign before she started her work, explaining that the procedure may not go as planned, and I may not get the exact results I want and the risks that may come with the procedures. This was not just a bad result, in my opinion it was not done properly ending up with a large swelling that lasted almost 5 weeks under my left eye. I called her about this swelling and she did not carry hyaluronidase to dissolve the overfill. She was however willing to order it (at no cost to me) but had never used it before. At that point I didn't want to go back to her. Since the swelling was in my field of vision and caused my glasses not to seat properly, I could no longer wait to have it fixed. When I asked what to do, she kept saying over and over it was not filler it was an ecchymosis and recommended a CT scan to find out. Since I could not wait any longer with this swelling, I called Fuzion in Branford for a second opinion, they were WONDERFUL! They had thehyaluronidase in stock and, thank God, they were able to fix my eye within an hour. Their findings were as follows: 'The left eye's inferior aspect was significantly overfilled'
