Mr. Shepherd sat down with me initially to discuss my case and expectations, and then he worked and exceeded them by far. Beware of this law firm. Very unprofessional and they do not have the knowledge to deal with the Harris county court system. I made the mistake of hiring this group. After 3.5 months of no results, I was forced to fire them and hire a professional lawyer, which took care of my case in less than three weeks. Shepherd law firm required cash payment up front and refused to provide a receipt. I would not recommend this firm.
