I would never ever recommend Chad Cooper and his company, we hired them to do siding work and interior work, he started off great, but after a few weeks stop showing up, he said he cant work do to the rain, I understand but cant work inside either?? than he stop showing up at all, one excuse after another, we paid him for the full job and he never returned, we have our attorney going after him as well. Stay away from Chad Cooper and his unreliable company. I flip many houses and never had to deal with such an unreliable contractor.
