I really liked the owner and appreciated her willingness to accommodate me during a holiday week whereby they were otherwise not open for business; however she was unable to provide the appropriate requested test and had difficulty locating a less informative substitute. In addition, the results from my screen were not and still over 3 weeks later have not been faxed or reported in any fashion to the individual who ordered the drug screen in the first place. But the owner was extremely pleasant and even entrusted me to return later in the day to submit my payment for the services already rendered by her so overall it was a positive experience and once my results are obtained by the requesting party I will be totally satisfied unless the requesting party insists upon my re-testing and paying out more money because the facility was not equipped with the proper test that was originally requested.
