Zia & Associates has been active in the Southern Oregon construction and real estate fields for almost 25 years. Few are as familiar with Curry County and have worked in as many capacities as Zia. Commercial and apartment construction since 1987, residential construction since 1989, property development since 1992, as well as finance and investment experience in most facets of real estate. Since Zia DreamHomes was closed down in 2008 Zia and Associates has limited itself to consulting work.
