I would not recommend anyone to Sound Solutions if they expect quality service and/or equipment.. What you can expect is when you ask for your money back for equipment and installation when they can't fix a problem is to be told that "All Sales Are Final" !!!!!!! I would go to a reputable business that will refund your money when they don't have the knowledge to install equipment to work properly in your vehicle..Buyer Beware !!! I gave a thousand dollars cash for equipment and installation and was never told that they don't have the knowledge to install aftermarket equipment and still have all the functions work that came with your vehicle. instead I got ripped off.... I gave them at least five attempts to resolve an issue, they said they were going to call around and see if someone knew how to fix the problem and get back to me in a day...That day never came, I called for two weeks and got" Frank's out sick and he'll call when he comes in" Funny, his car was in the parking lot and I have never had a return call ... You'd think they would have the decency to step up and say " we're sorry the system isn't working right and we'll give your money back" after all you've been through and giving us many attempts to resolve the issue and we could'nt NOPE just a big All sales are final and too bad for you....
