VoIP business telephone system installation and service. We service Northern Illinois, Rockford, Beloit, Rochelle, & DeKalb. Allworx remote support. DCTR installs, services and maintains digital and VoIP business telephone systems, voice mails & paging systems. We have supported systems all over the United States & Canada, but Rockford, Illinois is our home, and most of our business is under one hour from our shop. We are a Certified Allworx Partner & have 4 certified Allworx techs & 1 certified Comdial technician. Our main tech has over 40 years in the telephone business. We are partners with Rockford IT & draw from their extensive computer hardware & networking experience. We sell, rent and lease all equipment and encourage Service Contracts, extended warranties, and remote diagnostics to save our customers money whenever we can. Most of our service calls are taken care of in 24/48 hours. Emergency calls in 2-4 hours.
