I recently switched to buying oil from Leominster Oil & Ice Co, and went to their office to pay them. I was very happy to find out that they also sell a lot of things that I wasn't aware of. For instance, they sell Coal (Anthracite: rice, pea, nut) at a really good price (best in this area), those Big Green Egg barbeque grills and the special charcoal for them, some good looking spices and food rubs for grilling/etc, wood pellets, oil and ice (of course), kerosene, and man-made logs, and probably other things that I missed. If you live in the Leominster area, you should check them out. They're just off Pleasant St. near Barrett Park. I didn't know there was any business selling coal in Leominster still until now; I've been buying it out of town, not as conveniently.
