With our hurried society and deficient customer service culture it is such a delight to do business with Jeff Gusha (President) of Nick’s Rug Co in Framingham MA. The friendly professional service rendered by Nick’s Rug is so refreshing. Needing to get an area rug cleaned I combed the Yellow Pages but could not find a business in my area that I felt at ease with. While driving Eastbound on Route 9, I saw a sign in front of Nick’s Rug advertising a cleaning special. My initial experience was very good and since then, Jeff’s company has cleaned all five area rugs in my home.
