As for me I heard only good things about Dan Simard an his crew that they have the reputation of being hard worker and very precised in there flying work form happy customers.Now it is realistic to admit that it is hard to find good country men hard worker who are proud of there work and deserve a good pay so that raison like other employers some time they don't have the choice to hire true the US immigration some foreign worker who has been particularly chosen with a good reputation to get fully involve with the company until the end of the contract.
