At no point would I ever recommend this gym! They can not coach above a level 2. The are very unprofessional the owners daughter runs the money part of the gym and scheduling completions. She is very disorganized and a procrastinator and in the end the girls suffer when competitions get canceled last minute because they were never signed up. Last night at practice my 8 year old niece told the coach Kim ( the second daughter of the owner) not to touch her butt. Kim has been telling her to tighten up her butt and would poke her butt. We have always told my niece if she ever feels uncomfortable with someone touch her, to immediately say stop. My niece was brave enough to say stop after Kim had on multiple occasions poked her butt. The owner had the audacity to call my mom and accuse her of coaching my niece to say this. They then made the decisions to kick my niece out of their gym. All of the other things we could deal with since we were planning to take her out of their gym after states anyways but at no time will I ever let someone punish the victim. They were call out by an 8 year old and instead of holding her daughter accountable and rectifying the situation and moving on, she decided to punish the victim instead. With the gymnastics world the way it is nowadays you would think that calling the victim a liar would be the last thing they do, not the first.
