Palaestra Gymnastic’s program is a proven system that develops listening skills, self-esteem, physical strength, coordination, agility, and most of all, an “I can” attitude. Children learn the concept of basic gymnastic skills. They discover self-reliance, independent thinking, safety skills, problem-solving skills, and completion of tasks. Palaestra Gymnastics provides a safe, fun-filled, nurturing environment for all. Team: Palaestra Gymnastics Academy offers USAG Competitive teams, levels 3 through 10, as well as the Xcel Program. Evaluations begin October 15, 2016 for the upcoming season. Register to have your child/children evaluated. Recreational: PGA has been producing State Champions since 1993 through our specialized training system. The focus of the Palaestra Gymnastics Academy Recreational Program is to nurture the essential skills of self-confidence, self-esteem, and mental discipline. Teamwork, respect for others, physical training and technique are always emphasized. This is the key to developing our students into happy, productive and successful young adults. Cheer/Tumble: Palaestra Gymnastics Academy offers exceptional tumbling instruction for beginner to advanced level athletes of all ages. Palaestra provides a professional staff with expert spotting abilities along with a fully equipped gym including a competition cheer spring floor, Olympic rod tumbling strip, 40’ tumble track trampoline and much more.
