The follow up servcie is non existent. We have had a remote call button out of service for 7 months. it took 2 months to get the correct replacement. since then i have called again and again to find out how to program the remote. each time they will call me back, send instructions via email ect. never come thru. even theguy on call to help doesn't answwer calls. And the stair chair was 8 monts old when it broke. $15 k for something that has been out of service more than in service. Never go here.
