I have been working with this company for several years even at their old location, and made the error of assuming the guaranteed their work. We took two 28 3/4 x 80 inch 6 panel doors for a master suite down to these guys and said we need to replace them with flat panel doors, hinge placement and all stays the same. We took the custom replacement doors these guys made to our clients and hung them in place. Instead of meeting in the middle as the originals did, there was a half inch gape between the doors. We measured the doors and discovered they were only 28 1/2 inches wide instead of 28 3/4. The owner of this company said they made doors to my specs so I would have to pay to replace. Reminded him that did not give specs but brought original doors. Showed him photos of gap that had not been there with originals and he still refused to help. Horrible to deal with. He ignored my future attempts to resolve. I had to pay out of my pocket to get doors done right by someone else for my client.
