Highly recommended! Above and beyond type of service. Prompt. Trustworthy.
I'm extremely grateful to stumble upon such great company. Luck have it, my neighbor was having his exterior a/c unit replaced with Phillips Heating & Air Conditioning. One of the crew members noticed that my exterior a/c unit was leaking and had no refrigeration left on it. They were very helpful and attentive to it. They promptly reached out to me, showed me the problem, and offered an extremely friendly quote on the spot!
They had the patience to answer all questions respectfully and professionally. The problem was solved quickly and efficiently.
The whole crew was very friendly and treated my house with respect. In fact, I had to leave for a doctor's appointment, leaving my house unlocked for them to be able to access the interior unit. On my way back, my pets were still safely and happily in the house, just as I had left... and with the a/c comfortably on cool.
I know this is the company I trust to continue to perform maintaince to our unit, especially considering how this level of professionalism, quality, and integrity seems to be impossible to find.
In sum, it is a great company. Highly recommended. Highly satisfied.
