I DONT recommmend: When I moved out after 5 years of living in a condo, I am charged with unreasonable charges for paint, cleaning, and other weird expenses. I am still paying the electricity even though I moved out and cancelled my electricity from Tampa electric company. Either the HSW rep is negligent or they just like to take my money! There is no gratitude even after you keep the condo in very good condition - clean, nothing destroyed, professional cleaned on move out. You will be charged for some or the other charges that they make up at the end! Very unethical way of doing business. Or a very unethical person in charge.
