I was nearly brought to tears this morning, completely flabbergasted by the kindness, generosity, trust, courteousness, and uncompromising integrity of Edwards Air. I had the good fortune of meeting Shawn and Jamie Edwards and Jimmy in June of 2004. They were the HVAC company that was utilized at a company I used to work for. Right off the bat, I knew they were good people. I started utilizing their services for my home in 2004. Over the years, these folks have proven time and time again, that they are not only excellent at what they do, but also kind, and FAIR TO A FAULT! There have been at least three occasions where they didn't even charge us a service call! They fixed things and just said, no charge. This morning, Jimmy and Jamie put 1/2 pound of freon in one of my units and they didn't charge me for that, or the service call. You see, they know that soon they will be doing more for us. This is trust! This is kindness! This is a company that truly cares about their customers and their hometown. If you need work done, there is no one else you should call. These folks are simply the best and I am in awe.
