11/2/2020 If you want a contractor that leaves the wood with wood rot in it, then hire him. In terms of after-transaction services, they're practically non-existent. When I discovered the wood rot 5 months later and asked for it to be repaired, Aaron put caulking in the wood rot and told me that was all it needed, even after I explicitly told him that I didn't want that solution. I wanted the wood with wood rot replaced similar to what we had done on the rest of the roof at the time of reroofing. We spent ungodly dollars on putting plywood on over spaced sheathing, along with complete replacement of any wood/facia, etc. that had rotted or deteriorated to a state of obsolescence. Aaron and his crew missed this wood during reroofing and now they refuse to correct the problem by replacing the wood. I even offered to pay the complete cost to correct it, and he still wouldn't fix it. Do you want to work with a contractor like this? I think not. I do not recommend this contractor due to his intractable nature and unwillingness to fix something that should have been fixed while the roof was removed. I do not, under any circumstances recommend this lackey. Find someone else with honesty, attention to detail, and that you don't have to bicker with when he errors.
