My company's experience with this business was a frustrating nightmare. We ordered a large number of abrasives and stressed the required tolerances. Not only did they ignore our request but implied that we were not flexible with our specifications. We will never do business with this company again and they are the very reason why written contracts are necessary in the business world. Our dissatisfaction was voiced to the so called president, Rami Aryan and one can easily tell where the poor customer service tradition started since it flows from top to bottom. Just checked back into this site and I'm surprise that there are not more comments and then realize that most people don't take the time to comment on anything. I even spoke with other business people in Orange County and a couple of them had associates who also had problems with Maverick Abrasives so just like good deeds, many bad deeds go unnoticed or do not get the attention they deserved. Hard to believe 'Maverick Abrasives' is still in business.
