THE most rude and nasty auto service dept. I have EVER dealt with!! I am originally from the area and I spend a lot of time there with my extended family.When my Ford broke down, I had it towed to their lot. I bought the car home in MA. I guess since we were not potential return customers, we could be refused service. Missing work I thought that when we called, they would give us a date that they could work on the car. They told me that they didn't know when they could get to it. Maybe they would know the next day. On the second day, wW went to the service department and the only person more rude than the guy behind the counter, was the manager who happened to come through. We were told in a nasty and derogatory manner that they couldn't even tell me when they would be able to work on the car. They said that it wouldn't be the current week, and they didn't know w1hen they could 'fit it in'. I couldn't believe how rudely I was treated! DONT even think of buying a car here!!!!
