There is not one bad thing I can say about gold star! Great customer service as the workers were eager and always willing to help and give me their best input. I'm new to applicance shopping being that I have never had to do it before and I wanted nothing but the best of the best in my new house, and that is exactly what I got! I'm hoping I won't need any new appliances anytime soon, but when I do, this will be the first place I come! I definetly would recommend shopping here. On top of the great staff, it's also great quality for such a great price. I couldn't be happier

I have had the BEST experience at Gold Star Appliances and Lighting in Richardson, TX. I have been working on a home remodel, and have been struggling with light fixtures. I had been to Lowes, and Home Depot and everything had this awful cheap look. I sat down with Raul and he ordered me six different fixtures and had them in within the week. I decided to pick up instead of deliver, and after the great service my husband wanted to go ahead and buy a new washer and dryer from them as well. We did have those delivered, and they stayed very true to their delivery time. They got there at 3 that afternoon, and installed with no problems. It's been about a month or so since installation and we have had no problems with any of the appliances or light fixtures. I will defiantly be referring our friends to this business, as well as use them myself in the future. More remodels to come!
