General contracting and underground utility construction as a certified Sevice Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) and SBE certified I would like to introduce our company, Eagle Rock Underground LLC; a licensed, bonded ($30m), and insured contractor in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Virginia. Certified as a SBE (Small Business Enterprise) and SDVOB (Service Disabled Veteran-Owned company), we have operated this family owned business since 2001. Our specialty is underground utility construction: electric, telephone, fiber optics and water, sewer, and storm drains, but we're venturing into general contracting.
