Osborn Paper CO Joplin's first locally owned Industrial Paper and Packaging and Janitorial Supply Company Since 1895 Osborn Paper Company, located at 1024 S Byers Ave. in Joplin, Mo was founded in 1895 by the Osborn family. The company changed hands twice before it was finally purchased by Mr. Charles Keeter in 1988. Osborn Paper Company's philosophy is: the belief that customer service is the most important commodity. Today, good service means orders filled in a timely manner, quality products at a reasonable price, and an informative sales staff. Customers are friends and Osborn has a genuine concern in solving their problems. Because of Osborn’s long term working relationship with many of their suppliers, the suppliers’ sales reps will often make customer calls with Osborn sales people. These suppliers are readily available to solve any problem any customer might have.
