Community Connection Resource Center is a subsidiary under the Norfolk Community Area Council, Inc. which is a 5013(c) Non-profit Organization, that gives guidance in reference to what should be provided through the center for the best interest of the communities it serves. Services at the Community Connection Resource Center include but not limited to the following: Human Services case management issues, Advocates for students and families within the school system, Court system and CPS team meetings about (knowing your rights), section 8 termination hearings. The center provides support in partnership with private and public agencies working together to enhance each youth and family's capacity to become self-sufficient.
