Yarco is a disgrace to the Apt. Management field! They have multiple on site management turn-over, they do NOT ensure Tenant SAFETY in their senior citizen complexes! Such as no way to get disabled, wheel chair bound tenants out of the buildings during a fire alarm. Theyt have a different manager every few months, who is always blamed for the accounting screw ups at the tenants exspense! They do NOT make improvements, or go the extra mile to retain tenants. They do the bare minimum to rent units and collect rents. to please the owner with NO consideration of the tenants!! They unfairly retain Security and Pet Deposits with lame excuses, unfounded charges and no documentation to warrant their charges. I lived in a Yarco property in Clinton, MO and they tried to charge me for rent I allegedly owed for three years earlier, along with "late Fee's', yet i never received or was served with a "late rent notice' or an Eviction Notice for unpaid rent in those 3 yrs! They kept all of my Security Deposit, and Pet deposit, even after their main office told me on 3 separate occasions that my check had been cut and had been mailed!!! They are RIP OFF ARTISTS< NON_PROFESSIONAL< CROOKS, and UNETHICAL in every practice. DO NOT RENT FROM YARCO!!! I will make it my mission to dis-credit this company with true facts, every opportunity I get! Clinton is a small town too! Sign me, cheated by Yarco!
