Customers Beware! Bad customer service. Absolutely not a good reputable pharmacy. I was talked into purchasing a product I had inquired about by their consultant Courtney Reddell. She told me I should replace my prescription w/ their "safe product." which has no side effects and would cost $39 for a 1 mo supply & told to call back anytime with any questions,so I bought it over the phone trusting her. Thats when everything changed. After going on line and researching the product, I discovered I was given incorrect information- #1, There ARE serious side effects.When I called back to discuss this with her (it took 2 days of her being unavailable before taking my call)she was rude & not wanting to talk w/ me (after making the sale).I requestioned the equivalence of my prescription & their product,she told me she was wrong my dosage actually should be 8 pills per day(too hard on the liveretc. plus doubling the price to $78 for a 1 mo supply-more cost effective on other sites for $43 for double the strength/same number of pills)she abruptly ended our 2 1/2 min conversation.The next wk I called back & she wouldn't take my call.She relaid to me that she charges$150 hr to take pharmacy questions.(I just wanted 5 min) I've never heard of a pharmacy charging customers to answer questions about their products.I tried to call owner Eric Everett and was told he says he's not intested.Unprofessional.They take my money($103) but skip customer service. Their website erases neg comments.
