Needless to say, I do not recommend them... This is a horrible place to rent from. At first it was just as any other experience, but I should have known there was going to be a problem when I read over the lease. It, pretty much, stated that for no reason would the landlord be responsible for anything (including damages and neglect to the property) I encountered problem after problem with my landlord. I was never able to get in touch with him and no one else in the office was of any assistance. I even went to the office once, it was open but there was no one there. I waited for an hour before leaving. At the end of my lease it took them over 3 months to return my security deposit, and it was like pulling teeth. Even though there was no reason to keep it, they didn't want to return it. I don't know what kind of business those people are really running, but I wouldn't trust them.
