This place is awful. The owner has a complete attitude problem (maybe because she's an old hag) even her employees talk about her while their doing your hair. I went back for my second time ONLY bc one of the hair dressers did a good job. The hair dresser voluntarily told me my long hair would cost around $135. She did a good job again but my mother also got her hair done right after me. She had brown hair with blonde highlights and wanted more of a contrast with the blonde hair. (She brought a picture of Adelle) So the same hair dresser decided to put the blonde highlights in her hair as well as brown dye. My mom didn't really understand why she was putting brown dye in her hair since she already had enough brown hair to begin with but she let the hair dresser do her thing, trusting her that she knew what she was doing. So after we were both done we went to pay and she tells me my hair price which was over priced but I expected it. Then she says $200 for your mom. We both said what? For what?! She said well the owner says we had to charge you an extra $50 for the extra toner. Which is ridiculous. My mothers hair literally had two different colors on her head, strawberry blonde on top and brown hair with blonde highlights on the bottom. Her hair was awful, not a $200 job. The owner heard we were upset and didn't even walk over, the hair dresser called her name and the owner just looked at us while continuing to work on someone else's hair rather than walk over to us. I explained to her that this was not a $200 job she has two different hair colors going on. So the owner goes in a patronizing tone of voice "well sweetie" so me and my mom cut her off right there and told her not to call me that. So she goes "well then what do you want me to call you? I don't know your name!" So we tell her how do you not know my name, I'm a paying customer, this is my second time coming here! (She also was the one who I booked my appointment with.) And then she just gave us a dirty look and ignored us. We will never, ever go back to that place. The owner is complete white trash and cheap. $50 for a toner is ridiculous and her attitude is disgusting. The fact that they voluntarily told me how much my hair was yet not my moms is shady. How do you not tell someone this is going to be a $200 job!?! Or better yet, how do you not tell a customer that it would cost an extra $50 to do that. Disgusting. I do not recommended this place at all.
