I have been calling and leaving messages to have my mom's dumpster picked up and no response or call back for a month. The company still has not picked up her dumpster as we have switched to a smaller container with another company that has lids that are easy for her to open. Several years ago (ongoing request) we asked for a lighter lid (my mom is 79 and has difficulty opening the dumpster lid, but several years later the lid is still heavy metal. Service was good overall, but follow-up has not been good. Gene M.
