Terrible Customer Service, I own three restaurants and bars in Dallas and only did Admiral Linen not deliver our linen order but to compound this no one contacted our managers to inform us that we would not be receiving our linen order today as usual. Terrible Customer Service, I own three restaurants and bars in Dallas and only did Admiral Linen not deliver our linen order but to compound this no one contacted our managers to inform us that we would not be receiving our linen order today as usual. Additionally , I personnel called around 4PM CST only to be advised that Admiral Linen did not answer calls after 4PM, but rather forwarded all calls to an answering service. Strike One - No Delivery, Strike Two - No Communication, Strike Three - Non-responsive to multiple phone calls and messages left with their answering service. Admiral Linen is apparently too busy to handle our accounts. Aramark is looking like the obvious choice, hands down!
