This review is regarding being an employee for des inc. My employment there, was 1 day shy of a month. Everything was ok at first. My first check was wrong. It didn't reflect what I was told I would get per hour. That was fixed the next day, which was great. Time for my second check. I received it and the mileage part was way off. I had words with Kendra, who is too moody to be a professional. She basically told me I would get paid what they want to pay me and not what my vehicle was reading. She wanted to pay me based on what her vehicle read when picked up the consumer I was responsible for. That intensified our conversation. I was told by Tina the lady that hired me that I could get my corrected mileage that Friday when I came in. Because of my argument with Kendra, Tina decided to leave my check in Waterford when she was there and told me to go get it myself or wait for it in the mail. Waterford is a hour away from me. Conversations got out of hand, but you don't play with a person's money. Not in these times. With my truck being a lease, you can't pay me what you want for mileage, when I have to pay the dealership for mileage. Don't ever be a job coach, work in their office. It's no way to be cheated out of your money if you take this route. They are so nasty and smug. They were lucky to get this one star because I couldn't send my review without leaving a star🤷🏿‍♀️
