Way back in 2000 I hired this company to build a sunroom for me. Not only did the contractor never completely finish the job, but it was so poorly done that now every single window is broken, 3 windows he replaced are broken again, all due to his ADMITTEDLY not reading the directions on the installation of the windows, which needed a 4 inch drip edge. But because he didn't factor that in to the design, it's impossible to put the drip edge in now, because the windows then won't be able to open. The floor is rotted away, you can see passed the insulation to the sub-floor (the original deck it was built upon), and there's pounds and pounds of mold along the windows, permanently stained wood (mostly on the ceiling beams) from constant dripping, all this open-ness to the outside causing the baseboard heating to burst. Because of the poor construction, many of the shingles have fallen off the front and sides and even though I've had them replaced twice, the poor construction prevents them from lasting, and the house now looks like a Crazy Cat Lady house. PLUS, he gave me a lifetime warranty, but it took me YEARS to get him to attempt to fix it, and his fixes were utterly worse then the original problem. It's been almost 20 years now, and he laughs when I mention the lifetime warranty. I think maybe he only offered it to fraud me into using him instead of the other contractors I was interviewing, and, he was admittedly sexually attracted to me. Snake-Weasel Extraordinaire!
