The service I received was highly disappointing, Mr McCarthy does not care about your case, at least he didn’t care about mine, he was interested in his paycheck alone. I was only disappointed with the service. · Communication ability: Poor, McCarthy didn’t even bother to explain things about the process, nor the contract I was asked to sign. I only had one phone conversation with him to go over a seller’s contract. He is the kind of lawyers that you could hire so he can sign as your lawyer to get the deal done in the shortest amount of time without caring if the contract was not in favor of his client. I had to write my own bullet points on items that were of concern on the contract and I wanted to discuss with him, and I couldn’t believe when McCarthy just forward my bullet points to the seller’s attorney. · Service quality was awful! · Overall value: working with lawyer Dan McCarthy was frustrating, disappointing and painful that I couldn’t continue with him as my lawyer. There was no value of my time nor money with them. After I no longer wanted him to represent me, he charged me around $500 for one phone call I had with him, for receiving 2 of my emails! And sending my bullet point concern list to the seller’s attorney. I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer if you want your case to have somewhat of a priority. Mr. Dan McCarthy gives the impression that he does not care about your case, just the paycheck.
